Submit the mail-in rebate form found in the 9/18 SmartSource (or here). You will receive a rebate for $17.99 ($21.99 minus the $4 manufacturer coupon).

You will use your +UPRewards from transaction #1 to pay this bill: $10 +UPR from CoverGirl, and $4 +UPR from Revlon= $14. You need to bump up your total to at least $14, so buy something cheap:

  1. It looks as if not everyone in the Pittsburgh area got the $5 Revlon coupon. I just checked all of my SS from 9-18 and can’t find one in the bunch. That’s a shame, I really wanted to do this deal!
