This Week’s Menu: April 2, 2012

This is holy week, and since we work in the church, we’re going to be super busy all week. I’m going to keep this week’s menu as simple as possible. Here’s my plan:


Monday: $5 Dinner: Cheesy Pasta with Kielbasa (Got the turkey Kielbasa super cheap at Giant Eagle this week.)

Tuesday: White Chicken Chili

Wednesday: Dinner at church

Thursday: Quiche and Salad (eggs were 79¢ at Aldi last week!)

Friday: Homemade pizza and salad

Saturday: Homemade Chicken Pot Pie (left-over ingredients from last month’s menu!)

Sunday: Easter dinner at a family member’s house
