This Week’s Menu: April 9, 2012

I am so excited. My fridge is packed with left-overs from the weekend! I have chicken pot pie, minestrone soup, creamy potato soup, ham, and a large ham bone (for split pea soup!), salad, sweet potatoes, and more. My husband’s grandma sent the potato soup, minestrone soup and ham home with us on Sunday. This is going to be an easy week in the kitchen!

So, here’s my menu plan for the week:

Monday: Left-over pork and potatoes

Tuesday: Left-over chicken pot pie (I made two of them this weekend), sweet potatoes, and minestrone soup

Wednesday: Church dinner

Thursday: Split pea soup (with left-over ham) and salad

Friday: Ham sandwiches and any final left-overs

Saturday: Homemade pizza and salad

Sunday: White Chicken Chili (still haven’t made it this month!)
