The Weekly Haul: Winn Dixie – Worth $105, Spent $48

WinnDixie1

Welcome to The Weekly Haul. I’m sharing my shopping trips with you in hopes of motivating you to use your coupons and apps to save at the register each week!

This week’s trip was at Winn Dixie where I spent $48.49 (including our 10% tax, after sales and coupons) for $105.47 worth of groceries. Winn Dixie has pork chops for only $1.29/lb. as part of a 3-day sale (ends TUESDAY, July 8). I ran in mainly to stock up on pork chops, but a quick run through the store got me a few other great deals on things I needed for the week. I happened to have two coupons for the yogurt in my purse, and those were the only coupons I used.

Highlights:

Here are the two coupons I used for the yogurts:

$1.00 off 5 Yoplait Greek or Greek 100 yogurt
$0.40 off any six cups of Yoplait Yogurt

The chicken nuggets were a surprise find- regularly $7.99 they were a closeout item at only $3.99!

The pork chops are normally $2.99 a pound, so $1.29 is definitely a stock up price! I stuck one in the fridge to grill tonight and put the rest in the freezer!

Watermelon normally $7.99- got it for $3.99. Great deal!

Corn on the cob, 4/$1- not bad!!
