Flashback to 2012…
Our family had the opportunity to go to Kennywood as part of a Pittsburgh Kid’s Guide promotion in 2012. We had a wonderful time!
My four-year-old surprised me all day. I thought we would spend most of our time in Kiddie Land, but he loved the Jack Rabbit, the Log Jammer, the Pittsburgh Plunge, the Kangaroo, and many other “older” rides.
My two-year-old is less adventurous when it comes to rides, so he and I rode the merry-go-round about five times and spent a good portion of the morning in the huge sandbox in Kiddie Land. He loved the cars ride and went on that a few times. I’m looking forward to going again next year when he is a bit older. Of course then I’ll have a newborn and will still be holding all the stuff while they go on rides! 🙂
