Soup Bowl Turned First Aid Kit! #chickfilamomsDIY

CFA tortilla soup

As a member of the Chick-fil-A Mom panel of 2017 I was given the opportunity to try their new chicken tortilla soup. I’m definitely a fan! It reminded me of a yummy home style white chicken chili. Very hearty and delicious with just a bit of zip! The perfect option for a cool day. Read more about Chick-fil-A’s chicken tortilla soup here.

I’m taking part in a challenge to upcycle the cute little containers in which the soup is served, and I had a hard time narrowing down my ideas. The containers are just the right size for so many needs! But with baseball season upon us, I decided to turn them into handy first aid kits for my sons’ baseball bags. I have been in need of a band aid or other first aid item for one of my children at the ball park more times than I’d like to admit. I’m looking forward to being well equipped this season! We already had to pull out the first aid kit once during practice for a skinned elbow. Super handy!

Aren’t those containers adorable? I love them, and I’m thrilled to be able to put them to good use! My boys are excited to have them, as well.

I packed each kit with four-five different types and sizes of band aids, a tube of triple antibiotic, some allergy medicine, and a few other necessities, all purchased at the dollar store.
