Publix Deals: FREE Rotisserie Chicken, $2 off Milk and more!

It’s a great week at Publix. Se a full list of coupon match-ups over at SouthernSavers.com. Here are a few of my favorites this week:

  • Score a FREE Rotisserie Chicken when you buy (3) select Proctor and Gamble items. Read more here.
  • $2 off milk when you buy 2 General Mills cereals- which are on sale BOGO ($1.92 ea before coupons!) You need the milk coupon from the Publix coupon flyer. Plus there is a $0.25 iBotta rebate available!
  • Coca Cola 12 packs for $2.50- my stock up price for Coke!

 

Totals:

Cereal- $1.52 per box of after $0.75/2 coupon

Milk- $1.90 after coupon and iBotta deposit

Coke- $2.50

= $7.44 for everything (plus tax)

The Weekly Haul: Publix – Worth $130, Spent $62

Welcome to The Weekly Haul. I’m share my shopping trips with you in hopes of motivating you to use your coupons and apps to save at the register each week!

This week’s trip was at Publix where I spent $62.50 (including our 10% tax, after sales, paper coupons, Publix e-coupons and an iBotta rebate) for $130.60 worth of groceries. I only purchased items I needed to round out my menu for the week. I stocked up on the $2.99/lb. meat deal at Fresh Market again this week, and I purchased the bulk of our produce from the farmer’s market (here’s my post about that trip).

This week I used couponmom.com and my own coupon stash to prepare my Publix couponing trip.

Just the highlights:

Barilla Pasta – $0.75 (sale price)
Use $1.00 off any TWO Barilla Plus, Whole Wheat Pasta

Final Price: $0.25 (stock up price!)

 

General Mills Original Cheerios – $2

Use $0.50 off ONE BOX Original Cheerios cereal

Did you know…

You can use both a MFR and store coupon against one item at Publix? Target printable coupons count as a store coupon (competitor coupons accepted!).

Use a sale/coupon match-up service. They are usually always free! As I mentioned, I used couponmom.com for this trip. I think I only used one or two Publix digital coupons on this trip, but that’s another great resource you should be signed up for! You’ll need to register, and then just enter your phone number at the checkout register (before you begin the payment process) and the coupons will automatically be deducted.

This week’s trip was at Publix where I spent $60.98 (including our 10% tax, after sales, coupons and an iBotta rebate) for $104.78 worth of groceries. I only purchased items I needed to round out my menu for the week (plus the brownies and frosting since they were such a great deal!) You won’t see any meat on the table (unless you count the eggs and sausage) because I stocked up on the $2.99/lb. meat deal at Fresh Market. Woot, woot!!
